# Configurações Whatsapp

Este conteúdo apresenta o adicional WhatsApp no sistema web, uma funcionalidade voltada para a automação de processos e integração direta com o WhatsApp do estabelecimento.

O principal objetivo é facilitar o envio de documentos fiscais e gerenciais diretamente pelo sistema.

#### Etapas para Configurar a Integração

1. Acesse o menu Engrenagem ou Configurações no canto superior do sistema.
2. Clique em Configurações do WhatsApp.
3. Clique no botão Gerar QR Code.
4. Abra o WhatsApp no seu celular.
5. Acesse o menu de Dispositivos Conectados dentro das configurações do WhatsApp.
6. Escaneie o QR Code exibido na tela do sistema.

#### Funcionalidade Após a Conexão

Após a leitura e validação do QR Code, a integração será estabelecida.

Com isso, o sistema estará apto a:

* Enviar documentos fiscais (como NFC-e, NFS-e, DANFE);
* Enviar relatórios gerenciais;
* Automatizar comunicações com o cliente, otimizando o atendimento.
